These Terms and Conditions apply to the My Day – Daily Journal Diary App (referred to as the “App”) for mobile devices, developed by Simply Productive Apps (referred to as the “Service Provider”) and offered as a free service.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App. Unauthorized copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or translating any part of the App, or creating derivative versions, is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to making the App as useful and efficient as possible. They reserve the right to modify the App or charge for features or services at any time, with proper notice. Any pricing or fees introduced will be clearly communicated in advance.
The App may collect and process personal data you provide to offer its features and services. It is your responsibility to secure your device and access to the App. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it may compromise security and impact app functionality.
The App uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. You can refer to the respective policies of services like Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and OneSignal.
The Service Provider is not responsible for issues related to your internet connection. Some features require an active connection, and performance may be impacted without one. If you use the App outside of Wi-Fi, mobile data charges may apply based on your carrier’s plan. You are responsible for any data costs, including roaming charges, and for obtaining permission if you are not the bill payer for the device.
You are also responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and functional. The Service Provider is not liable if the App becomes inaccessible due to a drained battery or device malfunction.
While the Service Provider aims to keep the App updated and accurate, some content may come from third-party sources. They do not guarantee the reliability or completeness of such information and are not liable for losses caused by reliance on it.
The App may require updates to function properly with changes in device operating systems. You agree to accept such updates when available. The Service Provider may choose to discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. If that happens, (a) your rights to use the App will end, and (b) you must stop using and, if needed, delete the App from your device.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. You are advised to check this page regularly. Updates will be posted here and take effect immediately. These terms are effective as of January 1, 2024.
